Spoonie Sidekicks!

Over the course of 12 weekly Zoom calls, Thursday evenings at 6pm EST, parents of super hero kids will come together to find comradarie and support. We will share our stories, and learn powerful skills for building our own courage and resilience so we can be the best side kicks for our children. 

Topics for each meeting will touch on issues that are often difficult for parents like us: finding validation, addressing exhaustion, learning time management skills, what to do when you feel lost and out of options or when you feel overwhelmed, brainstorm how to teach loved ones about your child's condition, meeting the needs of your other children, and even and meal planning tips!

During each class, Naomi will share the context for the group discussion around these topics, sharing advice from personal experience, and provide a safe space for parents to share, encourage, and learn. 

Naomi Kilbreth is not only a clinical herbalist, she is also the mother of a child with Mast Cell Activation Syndrome and Celiac Disease. Sleepless nights, anaphylaxis, food sensitivities, pain, panic, and countless other experiences have been the norm for her family, and it is from these experiences that she realized the need for a space where parents can come together to help each other in supporting their children.

Class fee includes access to the 12 Live classes, a video and audio recording of each class, and a PDF guidebook you can use alongside or independent of the class.
