What to expect from your first visit
Once you schedule your first visit, you will be sent the new client forms to fill out in advance through your new account on Practice Better, our medical records system. These forms will help our clinical herbalist prepare in advance for your visit, so that when you arrive, we will already know what your goal for our work together is and how we can best support you.

At your first visit, you will meet with our lead clinical herbalist, and you will get to spend time getting to know each other, as well be able to share your story, your vision, and your struggles. We will gather as much information as we can to help us create an individualized wellness approach to help you get relief and promote wellness in your life.

You will go home with actionable steps and a formula designed for you, with ongoing communication with us encouraged and a follow up scheduled, so you can continue to receive guidance along your journey.

​The initial new client package
New clients will choose between $175 and $400 packages prior to the day of their first visit.

✓ The $175 package includes the initial visit plus herbal remedies, with free shipping if needed.

✓ The $400 package includes the initial visit, plus two 60-minute follow-ups scheduled at one-month intervals, and herbal remedies for the first three visits, with free shipping if needed.
Subsequent visits
Established clients may schedule subsequent visits at their discretion from their online client account dashboard.

Which option is best for you?
That's a great question! Begin by choosing one of the initial packages. Most people benefit from at least three visits to ensure they are able to confidently work with their herbal remedies and experience headway in reaching their health goals, but there is no financial benefit of choosing one package over the other aside from the fact that choosing the $400 package enables you to "set it and forget it," and focus on the work of healing.

The same rule applies to the follow up sessions. If you have a wide range of needs and prefer more time to cover them with your practitioners, 60-minute sessions as needed or monthly 30-minute sessions may be a better fit for you. If you have a single goal that you simply want confirmation regarding use of herbs around, or if you need simple adjustments to your herbal protocols, a 30-minute session should be sufficient!
