What to expect from your first visit
Once you schedule your first visit, you will be sent the new client forms to fill out in advance through your new account on Practice Better, our medical records system. These forms will help our clinical herbalist prepare in advance for your visit, so that when you arrive, we will already know what your goal for our work together is and how we can best support you.
At your first visit, whether in-person or virtual, you will get to spend time with Naomi, getting to know each other, as well as be able to share your story, your vision, and your struggles. We will gather as much information as we can to help us create an individualized wellness approach to help you get relief and promote wellness in your life.
You will go home with actionable steps and a formula designed for you, with ongoing communication with us encouraged and a follow up scheduled, so you can continue to receive guidance along your journey.

Follow-up visits
Established clients may schedule their next visits at their discretion from their online client dashboard.

Herbs
Herbs are priced separately for follow-up visits and are organic, sustainably grown, ethically wild harvested, or locally grown whenever possible. We network with other herbalists with small businesses to provide the best quality herbs grown with love. Shipping for an additional fee is also available, or herbs can be picked up at our location. Refills of herbal formulas created together can be ordered as needed without a visit.
